back on track

well

So my internet wouldn't work and with out sparkpeople I lost all hope and I didn't count calories for the whole week. I ate ice cream, cookies, cinnamon buns, and cheez-its, I also never did much exercise, I swam a little and did a few crunches and push-ups and one day I walked four miles.i Amazingly I only gained one pound so I'm about 89 now. Tomorrow I start work which is good because I will be busy from about 9-5 and I only have a half an hour to eat lunch so we will see.
hoping to be 85 soon!

So today I ate
Breakfast: chocolate milk (I don't like milk by itself)
Lunch: pizza and popcorn
Dinner: chicken, cauliflower, milk, marshmallows, and a peppermint pattie
Total calories: 762
Today I burned 723 calories

Tomorrow I am going to the beach!

my diet will be a little trickier with family meals and more desert then usual but I noticed
my mom bought diet root beer for the root beer floats so I can look like I'm having dessert with
a lot of root beer and a tiny bit of ice cream.
It takes about 5 to 6 hours to drive to the beach, we usually pack lunches but I know my Dadand my sister wanted to go to Wendy's, but hopefully we won't. I really only want to have a chocolate soy milk juice box thing for lunch its only like 200 something calories
and I will have to eat an egg for breakfast (70 cals) because we have to use them up before we go away.
For the trip I will try to stay under 1,000 calories a day it will really depend on what we have for dinner, because I can't get away with eating something different from everyone else. I just try to heap my plate with veggies and have only a few carbs.
Also at the beach I am going to try and work on my tan, I usually just burn, but I want to get a little color, and I also want to lighten my hair, I even have a lemon to try and bring out some highlights.
I won't have the treadmill and i usually only track the calories that I burn on it because I know how far I have run. I will just try to stay active, runs on the beach, lots of swimming, also we are beach front so maybe I will sneak out for some midnight walks on the beach.
I have a feeling I won't lose any weight while I'm away and it will be a whole week without a scale but wish me luck!

I just had a really high calorie lunch, I usually like to eat high protein and low fat foods, but I was at training for work so I had to eat a slice of pizza, it tasted really good while I was eating it but it gave me a stomach ache. I wouldn't have been able to get away with out eating lunch people would have noticed and its a new job that I'm really excited about. At least I didn't eat one of the doughnuts they had for breakfast :P

hey yall

So I'm new on Blogger
I'm trying to track my weight loss, I'm using sparkpeople which is so awesome. You can keep track of the calories you consume and burn. I decided to use a blog to keep track of my goals.
At the beginning of the summer(I'm counting the whole month of May cuz thats when I got out of school) I wanted to lose 10 pounds bringing my weight from 95 to 85, I am 90 right now and I'm not sure I will be content with 85 but we will see when I get there, maybe when I get there I will just try to tone up a bit.
My problem areas are:
-The dreaded pooch lol that belly fat is so hard to get rid of!
-My inner thighs just jiggle way to much
-And my upper arms
Here are my stats
I am 4'10 so its really hard to stay thin!

Today I ate 593 cal
Breakfast: N/A woke up to late!
Lunch: chicken, cucumbers with balsamic vinegar, and a peppermint pattie
Snack: string cheese, celery, and a Werther's candy
Dinner: rice, egg, spinach, and chocolate milk
Exercise: I jogged 2.5 mi on the treadmill

according the the BMR by sparkpeople I burned a total of 1,022 cal
so it was a pretty good day!

well time for bed I have to get up early for work tomorrow
