85.8!!!

So im getting to my goal faster then I thought, I didnt think it was possible to lose 3 lbs in 6 days, but I must be burning more cals then I thought, I am always dancing around and such and doing crunches when I get bored. But I also felt like shit when I woke up, so I decieded to eat normally today, Im not counting cals, I just have to try not to go crazy but I do get full a lot faster now

so I ate only about 200 cals today and I burned about 100 on the tread mill,
I made a ton of money babysitting and then went out with friends to see a movie and we went to a diner, all I ate was a french fry, luckly I was the only girl so it didnt seem weird that I wasnt eating and it was like 1 in the morning so it wasnt for an actual meal which made it easier.
Everything I ate today was pretty healthy too I had a banana, some red pepper, salmon, and barley.
today I bought biotin and took that I will let you guys no if i notice any difference in my hair and nails, (im trying to grow my hair out pretty long so I can donate it but still have a good amount left)
Also I just weighed myself and I was 86.4!!! Im getting so close!
maybe making out with my boyfriend today helped burn a few extra cals ;)

Leaving for college on Saturday cant wait!!!!!!!

today I ate about 500 cals so the total was about -900. I don't think I will have lost 2lbs before school starts but one isnt bad.
Once I get situated back at school I think I will try the 3 day diet, you are supposed to be able to lose like 7 lbs, I dont quite believe it, but I will see if it works

So ate a pretty big dinner but I didnt eat much during the day and I burned about 200 cals on the treadmill so that brings my total to about -900 or so not great but still expending more than im consuming so not too bad. I weighed 88.2 tonight hopefully I will be 87 in the morning again.

87 again

maybe if I slept all the time I would lose more lol, but then I would miss out on too much!
Im doing well this morning had some raspberries for breakfast then I hopped on the tread mill and walked/jogged 7 miles, then for lunch I had some tuna fish to build back up my muscles and some grapes!
I only have to worry about dinner cuz I have to eat with my mom and my sister, at least i usually do the cooking so I can decide how much oil to use :P
Im thinking of making cabbage and chicken tonight, that will be pretty low cal, I would love to be under 400 cals today.
Also thanks for all the new follows and nice comments :)

Bay - while 87 sounds light its not really that great because I'm super short!

my thighs are gross

i tried to take a few photos so I could keep track of my progress, but my thighs were so gross I deleted them all maybe I will try again tomorrow, now I know why there aren't very many before and after photos

I did well in the morning but after a 200 cal dinner I decided that I was going to eat icecream, a lot of ice cream so my total today was only -427, but if I am more careful tomorrow and exercise I can prob make up for it so I can lose at least a lb before school.
I weighed in at 88 tonight hopefully it will go back to 87 tomorrow, we shall see.

So I actually did really well today!
Better then I expected
I ate mostly strawberries and raspberries, I had a little sushi, a little zucchini bread, and a little guacamole, and some green tea.
I also went to the mall with my boy friend, so I walked around for about two hours
that brings todays total to -1282!
I only ate 387 cal which is even under what I needed to eat to lose 2 lbs in 6 days, It will give me some wiggle room for when I go to dinner at Wegmans with some friends before we all go back to school

Also I bought a new scale today a digital one, tonight I weighed exactly 88.4 lbs
and I will be weighing in tomorrow morning to see if I lost anything yet, so stay tuned!

why im not a math major






just did the math to see if i could lose 3 lbs in a week and it is impossible unless I eat nothing and run 5 miles a day, and I can't quite get away with that. I figured that to lose 1 lb I can eat up to 848 calories a day and to lose 2 lbs I can eat up to 431 cals, so I will be aiming for about 1.5 lbs so about 600 cals a day and if I exersize I can eat a little more.

im back after a long time lol
so while working from 8 to 6 I got too exhausted dieting so i focused on just maintaining but friday was my last day of work and I go back to school on the 21rst so i want to see how much I can lose by then
my current weight is about 88lbs
I ate a crap ton today cuz we had company and I baked lots but i also ran on the treadmill so my total intake was about 100 cal (I always subtract the bmr)
tomorrow i will be eating less I only need to drop 3 lbs to get to my goal weight hope i can do it in a week!
