I didnt eat much today, a few bits of the chili and 7 layer bars I was making prob less than 200 cals. I felt really good the rest of the day I was drinking green tea all day with citris and ginsing I only had a few headaches not to dizzy. I think I want to attempt a fast on fri, maybe sat and sun too. I cant avoid dinner tomorrow night but it will prob be the only meal i eat then I will try and fast for as long as possible and take lots of walks do lots of cruches and lots of leglifts. I have never done a multiple day fast I heard its super hard the first 3 days and then gets much better so maybe I will even fast on mon if I feel good but I have class so im not sure. Its weird how I can just eat normally for weeks but then it is so easy to eat so little and not want anything. when i eat normally I tend to crave more things and eat more desserts and junkfood.

yeah multiple fasts are hard but once u get going... they give u the best feeling in the world! like a high
