ate a lot today for a mock thanksgiving feast, but i will be on the road a lot tomorrow driving home so I probably wont eat much. I am going home for Thanksgiving break the eating is different, at school I can skip meals but there is also alot of junk food and dessert to binge on and alcohol, but at home I cant get away with skipping meals too often, but the food to binge on is a little bit healthier. I also walk everywhere at school, but at least I have a treadmill at home.
I have to be pretty careful at home, I have a cousin who was anorexic she went to rehab but she is still really skinny so I don’t know if she is really recovered or not, but my mom would notice. over the summer she took a long look at me and told me not to get to skinny, so she is definitly not oblivious to the changes in my body. No one at school really noticed that I had lost weight over the summer except one guy friend and my roommate

grrr
i was doing so well today it was 5:00 and i had only eaten 100 cals then i was cooking for an event and i decided that i wanted broth, then i decided i wanted rice and carrots and onions in that broth. I ate it and i was full, but then there was pizza and i scarfed down a whole piece in seconds, i also ate 2 spoonfuls of nutella, some cookie dough, and 3 biscuts ahhh i never binge but this was a binge, and the pizza gave me horrible heartburn and i just felt terrible so i wanted to go for a walk that turned into a run. I didnt even pay attention to mylegs or heart hurtingonly my stomach i wanted to throw up so badly, but i didnt and im now stuck with all those calories i need to stay out of the kitchen!! but i just really love to cook

will never eat fast food again
On saturday I ate Mcdonalds for breakfast, krispy kreme for lunch, and taco bell for dinner it was pretty disgusting. On the upside I don't think I will ever want to eat any of that ever again. I have no idea how many calories I ate on saturday all those calories along with a beer and two shots gross! at least I danced a ton so I had to burn some calories but def not enough.
I just need to get back on track i ran 2 miles yesterday and just got back from running another 2 miles. off to do 100 crunches and 20 pushups :)

Worked out at the gym for 2 hours yesterday but then i ate a ton of pizza gross also I made a cheesecake last night and ate a slice today which is like 400 cals, eating way too much. also Im making cookies tonight with some friends tonight and will have to eat at least one. I dont want to have to give up my social life to be thin but all my friends are super into food! But tomorrow I will only eat dinner, also with friends. im about 85 today I want to get to 80 so bad!

feel'n good
I didnt eat much today, a few bits of the chili and 7 layer bars I was making prob less than 200 cals. I felt really good the rest of the day I was drinking green tea all day with citris and ginsing I only had a few headaches not to dizzy. I think I want to attempt a fast on fri, maybe sat and sun too. I cant avoid dinner tomorrow night but it will prob be the only meal i eat then I will try and fast for as long as possible and take lots of walks do lots of cruches and lots of leglifts. I have never done a multiple day fast I heard its super hard the first 3 days and then gets much better so maybe I will even fast on mon if I feel good but I have class so im not sure. Its weird how I can just eat normally for weeks but then it is so easy to eat so little and not want anything. when i eat normally I tend to crave more things and eat more desserts and junkfood.

gave up being ana for 2 weeks ate a ton but havent gained much cuz I am walking everywhere now. I feel like being ana is contrary to my religion like its really prideful but I still feel like im too big i dont know what im going to do yet. only two of my friends noticed or said anything about my weight loss so i feel like that gives me a little more space to lose some more. we will see, hope you all are healthy

85.8!!!
So im getting to my goal faster then I thought, I didnt think it was possible to lose 3 lbs in 6 days, but I must be burning more cals then I thought, I am always dancing around and such and doing crunches when I get bored. But I also felt like shit when I woke up, so I decieded to eat normally today, Im not counting cals, I just have to try not to go crazy but I do get full a lot faster now

I made a ton of money babysitting and then went out with friends to see a movie and we went to a diner, all I ate was a french fry, luckly I was the only girl so it didnt seem weird that I wasnt eating and it was like 1 in the morning so it wasnt for an actual meal which made it easier.
Everything I ate today was pretty healthy too I had a banana, some red pepper, salmon, and barley.
today I bought biotin and took that I will let you guys no if i notice any difference in my hair and nails, (im trying to grow my hair out pretty long so I can donate it but still have a good amount left)
Also I just weighed myself and I was 86.4!!! Im getting so close!
maybe making out with my boyfriend today helped burn a few extra cals ;)

So ate a pretty big dinner but I didnt eat much during the day and I burned about 200 cals on the treadmill so that brings my total to about -900 or so not great but still expending more than im consuming so not too bad. I weighed 88.2 tonight hopefully I will be 87 in the morning again.

Im doing well this morning had some raspberries for breakfast then I hopped on the tread mill and walked/jogged 7 miles, then for lunch I had some tuna fish to build back up my muscles and some grapes!
I only have to worry about dinner cuz I have to eat with my mom and my sister, at least i usually do the cooking so I can decide how much oil to use :P
Im thinking of making cabbage and chicken tonight, that will be pretty low cal, I would love to be under 400 cals today.

my thighs are gross
i tried to take a few photos so I could keep track of my progress, but my thighs were so gross I deleted them all maybe I will try again tomorrow, now I know why there aren't very many before and after photos

I did well in the morning but after a 200 cal dinner I decided that I was going to eat icecream, a lot of ice cream so my total today was only -427, but if I am more careful tomorrow and exercise I can prob make up for it so I can lose at least a lb before school.
I weighed in at 88 tonight hopefully it will go back to 87 tomorrow, we shall see.

So I actually did really well today!
Better then I expected
I ate mostly strawberries and raspberries, I had a little sushi, a little zucchini bread, and a little guacamole, and some green tea.
I also went to the mall with my boy friend, so I walked around for about two hours
that brings todays total to -1282!
I only ate 387 cal which is even under what I needed to eat to lose 2 lbs in 6 days, It will give me some wiggle room for when I go to dinner at Wegmans with some friends before we all go back to school
Also I bought a new scale today a digital one, tonight I weighed exactly 88.4 lbs
and I will be weighing in tomorrow morning to see if I lost anything yet, so stay tuned!

why im not a math major
just did the math to see if i could lose 3 lbs in a week and it is impossible unless I eat nothing and run 5 miles a day, and I can't quite get away with that. I figured that to lose 1 lb I can eat up to 848 calories a day and to lose 2 lbs I can eat up to 431 cals, so I will be aiming for about 1.5 lbs so about 600 cals a day and if I exersize I can eat a little
more.

so while working from 8 to 6 I got too exhausted dieting so i focused on just maintaining but friday was my last day of work and I go back to school on the 21rst so i want to see how much I can lose by then
my current weight is about 88lbs
I ate a crap ton today cuz we had company and I baked lots but i also ran on the treadmill so my total intake was about 100 cal (I always subtract the bmr)
tomorrow i will be eating less I only need to drop 3 lbs to get to my goal weight hope i can do it in a week!

well
So my internet wouldn't work and with out sparkpeople I lost all hope and I didn't count calories for the whole week. I ate ice cream, cookies, cinnamon buns, and cheez-its, I also never did much exercise, I swam a little and did a few crunches and push-ups and one day I walked four miles.i Amazingly I only gained one pound so I'm about 89 now. Tomorrow I start work which is good because I will be busy from about 9-5 and I only have a half an hour to eat lunch so we will see.

So today I ate
Breakfast: chocolate milk (I don't like milk by itself)
Lunch: pizza and popcorn
Dinner: chicken, cauliflower, milk, marshmallows, and a peppermint pattie
Total calories: 762
Today I burned 723 calories
Tomorrow I am going to the beach!
my diet will be a little trickier with family meals and more desert then usual but I noticed
my mom bought diet root beer for the root beer floats so I can look like I'm having dessert with
a lot of root beer and a tiny bit of ice cream.
It takes about 5 to 6 hours to drive to the beach, we usually pack lunches but I know my Dadand my sister wanted to go to Wendy's, but hopefully we won't. I really only want to have a chocolate soy milk juice box thing for lunch its only like 200 something calories
and I will have to eat an egg for breakfast (70 cals) because we have to use them up before we go away.
For the trip I will try to stay under 1,000 calories a day it will really depend on what we have for dinner, because I can't get away with eating something different from everyone else. I just try to heap my plate with veggies and have only a few carbs.
Also at the beach I am going to try and work on my tan, I usually just burn, but I want to get a little color, and I also want to lighten my hair, I even have a lemon to try and bring out some highlights.
I won't have the treadmill and i usually only track the calories that I burn on it because I know how far I have run. I will just try to stay active, runs on the beach, lots of swimming, also we are beach front so maybe I will sneak out for some midnight walks on the beach.
I have a feeling I won't lose any weight while I'm away and it will be a whole week without a scale but wish me luck!

I just had a really high calorie lunch, I usually like to eat high protein and low fat foods, but I was at training for work so I had to eat a slice of pizza, it tasted really good while I was eating it but it gave me a stomach ache. I wouldn't have been able to get away with out eating lunch people would have noticed and its a new job that I'm really excited about. At least I didn't eat one of the doughnuts they had for breakfast :P

hey yall
So I'm new on Blogger
I'm trying to track my weight loss, I'm using sparkpeople which is so awesome. You can keep track of the calories you consume and burn. I decided to use a blog to keep track of my goals.
At the beginning of the summer(I'm counting the whole month of May cuz thats when I got out of school) I wanted to lose 10 pounds bringing my weight from 95 to 85, I am 90 right now and I'm not sure I will be content with 85 but we will see when I get there, maybe when I get there I will just try to tone up a bit.
My problem areas are:
-The dreaded pooch lol that belly fat is so hard to get rid of!
-My inner thighs just jiggle way to much
-And my upper arms

Exercise: I jogged 2.5 mi on the treadmill
according the the BMR by sparkpeople I burned a total of 1,022 cal
so it was a pretty good day!
